Getting Started with Instantly.one (Onboarding Guide)
Welcome to Instantly.one. This guide will help you understand the onboarding process and what happens after you place your order.
Step 1: Place Your Order
To begin, visit our onboarding page:
Select your preferred U.S. state and complete the onboarding form. You will provide basic information such as:
• Your full name
• Email address
• Company name (if decided)
• Preferred state
• Business purpose
After submission, you will receive a confirmation email.
Step 2: Registered Agent Assignment
Instantly.one will assign a professional Registered Agent address in your selected state. This address is required by law and will be used for official government and legal correspondence.
You do not need to have your own U.S. address.
Step 3: LLC Formation Filing
We will prepare and file your LLC with the state. Processing time depends on the state selected.
Typical processing time:
• New Mexico: 1–3 business days
• Wyoming: 2–5 business days
• Delaware: 3–7 business days
Once approved, you will receive:
• Articles of Organization
• Formation confirmation
Step 4: EIN Application (if selected)
If you selected EIN service, we will apply for your EIN with the IRS.
Processing time:
• 1–4 weeks (Non-US residents)
You will receive the official EIN letter (CP575).
Step 5: Client Portal Access
After formation, your documents will be available in your secure client portal:
You can download:
• Formation documents
• EIN letter
• Additional services (if purchased)
Step 6: Ongoing Support
Instantly.one provides ongoing support for:
• EIN assistance
• Registered Agent guidance
• Business support
